0.8 kg Lamb
1 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2   Garlic cloves
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2   Eggplant
1   Green pepper
1   Onions
Method:
Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare.
