Ingredients:
 
1   Egg, beaten
1 tsp Shortening, melted
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
40 ml Cornmeal, heaping
2 tsp Baking powder
Method:
Mix the egg, milk and shortening together. Combine with the sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in greased muffin tins at 450-F about 20 minutes.
