0.6 kg Turkey thigh -- frozen
    Defrost
    Skin, debone -- cut into
    1/4 "
2 cup Onions -- cut into strips
2   Green peppers -- cut in
    Strips
1   Red bell pepper -- cut in
    Strip
2   Tomatoes, peeled -- diced
1 cup -- water
    Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
