Hungarian Cucumber Salad - print recipe
 
   
 
Yield:
Ingredients:
 
3   Cucumbers, Thinly sliced
1 cup Sugar
    Salt
1/2 cup Vinegar
    Sour cream ( optional )
1 tsp Paprika
    Black pepper, to taste
Method:
1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar.



2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.



3. Squeeze out all the liquid.



4. Add vinegar, pepper.



5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.



NOTES : Without the cream may be kept a week in the fridge. unmold
