Hawaiian Broiled Fish - print recipe

Ingredients:
 
1/3 cup Soy sauce
20 ml Brown sugar, packed
40 ml Vegetable oil
20 ml Cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1 cl Garlic, crushed
0.8 kg White fish fillets
20 ml Fresh parsley, minced
Method:
Combine
1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once.



Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
