Spread the cookie mixture around the bottom of the pie plate. The mixture will be sticky. It may be helpful to use a piece of wax paper or a plastic bag to help spread. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Cool. Melt the chocolate bars either in a microwave or over the stove. Combine with all other ingredients except the whipped topping. Mix on low speed until ingredients are incorporated. Whip on high speed for four minutes. Pour mixture over cooled pie shell. Allow pie to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
