| Method: |
Form into small pear or other fruit shapes and stick a clove on top of each to make stems. Place in small paper cases and serve on a pretty cake plate.
Notes: Many Cypriot recipes use the term "glass" for measurements.
This means a standard wine glass. Edible colourings could be also used but that is NOT traditional in Cyprus!
