    Parma Ham
50 gm (2 oz) quince paste, (2 oz) quince paste
    Caperberries
    Pickled chilli
Method:
Place 3 to 4 slices of Parma ham on a plate and garnish with the quince paste cut into cubes. Add a few caperberries and a pickled chilli.
