Yield:
Ingredients:
 
7   yolks
2   egg whites
20 ml flour
    butter
    Syrup
4 cup sugar
3 cup water
1   orange peel
40 ml rum
Method:
Whip egg yolks until lemony colored Add flour and continue whipping 1 minute. Whip whites until they form soft peaks Fold white into yolks Butter 12 muffin tins and pour batter to half full tins Place tins into a pan with water and bake at 350 until firm. Make a light syrup . Let it cool to warm Poke holes in each little cake and drop them into the syrup.



Let stand at least 6 hours before serving Keep them in the syrup in a glass bowl
