Ingredients:
 
0.5 kg Black beans
1   Onion, large chopped
2 slc Bacon, fried
0.5 kg Hot smoked sausage link, cut in 3/4" pieces
1   Tomato, diced
Method:
Soak beans overnight, rinse. Add onions, bacon and sausage. Saute fresh tomato in drippings and add. Salt to taste, covered for about 5 hours.



Serve over cooked rice.
