Ingredients:
 
90 g Broccoli flowerets, in bite-
    size pieces
90 g Snap beans, cut into bite-
    size pieces
90 g Kale, coarsely chopped
90 g Soybeans, cooked
45 g Brazil nuts, chopped
30 ml Soy oil
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
45 g Fresh chives, minced
1/4 tsp Tarragon
1/2 tsp Salt
Method:
Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
