Belize Hot Sauce - print recipe
 
   
 
Yield:
Ingredients:
 
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 clv garlic, chopped
20 ml Oil
1 cup Carrot, chopped
2 cup Water
4   Habanero chiles, minced
60 ml Lime juice, fresh
60 ml White vinegar
1 tsp Salt
Method:
Saute onions in oil until soft.



Add carrots and water, bring to boil and cook until carrots are soft.



Remove from heat and add habs, lime juice, vinegar and salt.



Puree in processor until smooth.



Jar in sterilized containers.
