Yield:
Ingredients:
 
16   mushrooms
1 tsp lemon juice
    salt, pepper
16   oysters, smoked
40 ml worcestershire sauce
4   ras bacon
2   onions, medium
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tsp parsley, chopped
80 gm butter
Method:
Remove stalks rom mushrooms. Dice fine. Dice onions and bacon.



In a heavy based pan fry bacon for 1 minute, add onions and garlic and continue to cook 1 minute or until onions are tender. Add diced mushroom stalks and cook a furthur 2 minutes.



Combine breadcrumbs with parsley.



Place a smoked oyster in each mushroom cap, sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add bacon mixture and cover with breadcrumbs and parsley. Dot liberally with butter and place under preheated grill or in a very hot oven for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and crumbs are golden brown.
