Yield:
Ingredients:
 
1.5 kg Emu Meat cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces
2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 can Water
1 pkt Dry onion soup mix
1 jar (small) cocktail onions (drained and rinsed)
0.3 kg Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup Dry sherry
    Fresh ground black pepper
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together. Bake covered 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over rice , noodles or in timbalc cases of puff pastry.
