| Method: |
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 8 x 8 pan with Pam.
Process all ingredients except the plums about 10 seconds, until fine ly chopped.
Spread plums in pan and sprinkle evenly with mixture.
Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
Cool 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
NOTES : Delicious. Apples, pears, berries, etc would work too.
