Ingredients:
 
5.0 l milk
6   eggs, (6 to 8)
3 cup sugar
1.0 l milk
1 cup brown sugar
4 tsp vanilla
Method:
Heat the milk. Mix together: eggs, sugar, flour and cornstarch. Mix this with 1 quart milk and stir in the heated milk; cook until it thickens.

Take off heat and add the brown sugar and vanilla.

Makes enough for 2 gallon freezer.
