Ingredients:
 
0.5 kg Ground beef
1 sm Onion
1   Garlic, minced
1   salt and pepper
    Oil for sauteing
2 slc White Bread soaked and pressed out
1 tsp Mustard
Method:
Soak white bread in water, then press water out. Tear into very small pieces. Mix all ingredients except oil, and form into 6 to 8 round patties.



Heat oil in skillet; place patties into oil and saute on medium-high heat on both sides for about 12 minutes. They should be a very nice dark brown; crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. Very good, when served hot with very cold Bavarian Potato Salad. Or cold the next day on a sandwich.
