Shrimp Stir-Fry with Apple and Pear - print recipe

Ingredients:
 
40 ml olive oil
2 lrg carrot, cut in half, sliced, lengthwise
1   apple, sliced
1 cup mushroom, chopped
1   pear, sliced
2 cup fresh shrimp
2 clv garlic, minced
40 ml fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy or tamari sauce
40 ml honey
20 ml sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
Method:
In a large wok or skillet, saute carrots, apple and mushrooms in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add pear and shrimp and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic, ginger and green onion.

Make a well in the center and add soy sauce and honey. Add sesame oil and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season with pepper and toss well. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and coriander.
