450 g Cn kidney beans, drained
60 ml Olive oil
40 ml Red wine vinegar
    Salt and pepper
3/4 cup Salami, diced
1 cup Scallions, sliced
Method:
Prep: 15 mins



In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add beans, salami, and scallions, and toss together.
