I sprayed a baking dish and added a can of lima beans and about half as much sauerkraut, mixed together. Then I put some chicken on top, spread with barbecue sauce, and baked. The lima beans and sauerkraut mixed really well together with a little barbecue sauce flavor. We used the leftovers as a side dish the next day.
NOTES : This is probably like liver, you either like it or you don't, but I invented something that came out really good.
