hamburger, brown & drain

tomato paste, (12 oz.)
1/4 cup
dried parsley, (1/4 to 1/2)

oregano

salt
60 ml
sugar
Method:
Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients except hamburger. Simmer 2 hours. Brown hamburger; drain well and add. Cold-pack 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Makes 4 quarts without meat or 5 quarts with meat.
