Ingredients:
 
4 med onions, chopped
3   cloves garlic, minced
60 ml salad oil
4.0 l fresh-tomatoes, peel & chop
0.5 kg hamburger, brown & drain
2 can tomato paste, (12 oz.)
1/4 cup dried parsley, (1/4 to 1/2)
2 tsp oregano
60 ml salt
60 ml sugar
Method:
Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients except hamburger. Simmer 2 hours. Brown hamburger; drain well and add. Cold-pack 2 1/2 to 3 hours.



Makes 4 quarts without meat or 5 quarts with meat.
