Cook pasta according to package direction, Drain. Rinse under cold water.
Drain again.
For dressing, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and dash pepper. Toss together the pasta, dressing, cabbage and carrots, chicken and tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Cover; and chill for several hours.

2g WW Points: 6 (according to MC) I changed cooked chicken from 1 cup to 6 ounces and reduced-calorie mayonnaise to fat-free the recipe asked for 1 cup mixed shredded cabbage and carrots, I used 1 cup shredded cabbage and 1/4 cup shredded carrots. |
