| Method: |
Grate blocks of cheese. mix all cheeses together in lg mixing bowl along with celery, onion and 1/2 cup pecans. Mix well and for 4 lg or 6 med sized balls.
roll in remaining pecans and wrap in cellophane wrap and refrigerate.
