80 ml Shortening
2 cup Flour
1   Egg yolk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
80 ml Butter
1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
1 tsp Vanilla
Method:
