1 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 tsp Cayenne or red pepper
20 ml Sugar
1 tsp Sugar
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar. Serve at room temperature or chilled. The sauce keeps indefinitely.
