Super Quick Spinach with Pine Nuts - print recipe

Ingredients:
 
4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 lrg cloves garlic, minced or sliced thin
0.5 kg well-rinsed coarsely chopped spinach leaves
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
    Freshly ground black pepper to taste
    Salt to taste
40 ml lightly toasted pine nuts
Method:
Heat wok, add oil. Add garlic, stir until it reaches the point of fragrance, then remove or leave in (your choice). Add spinach leaves and stir fry until it starts to wilt. Remove wok from heat. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, and pine nuts.
