Yield:
Ingredients:
 
1 stk butter or oleo
2 pkt (10 Oz.) frozen spinach
1 lrg Can artichokes
600 ml Sour cream
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    Salt & pepper
Method:
Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.



Serves 8. Freezes well.
