Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup cottage cheese (3/4)
1/4 cup water (6 tbsp)
1/2 cup grated zucchini (3/4)
40 ml butter (3tbsp)
20 ml sugar (1-1/2 tbsp)
1 tsp salt (1-1/2 tsp)
60 ml bulgur wheat (4-1/2 tbsp)
2/3 cup whole wheat flour (1 cup)
1 1/3 cup bread flour (2 c)
1 1/2 tsp yeast (2-1/4 tsp) *
Method:
* This book calls for regular active dry yeast.



Set for whole wheat mode, if you have it. Keep us posted on the results!
