Ingredients:
 
    1.5 lb.
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup cottage cheese, lowfat small curd
30 ml margarine (recipe says butter)
3 cup white bread flour
30 ml dry milk
40 ml sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
20 ml dried onions
20 ml dill seed
20 ml dill weed
20 ml active dry yeast (or 2 tsp fast rise)
Method:
This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid bake cycles. (Oster machine #2)

"The liquid in cottage cheese varies. If your dough is too dry, try adding water a teaspoon at a time during the kneading until dough appears moist and pliable."

My wife really likes this bread.
