honey |

broth or water |

mustard |

hot cooked rice |

| Method: |
Spread sliced turkey in a large skillet; season to taste. Mix together honey, broth and mustard. Pour over turkey and mix. Saute turkey mixture in skillet; stir lightly. Spoon over hot rice. Serve at once.
