| In the morning add |

20 ml

molasses or sugar |

Extra Milk if needed |

| Method: |
Have greased griddle hot.
Dissolve yeast cake in water, add milk.
Mix with Buckwheat flour and Beat vigorously.
Let rise overnight.
In the morning add rest of ingredients.
