Yield:
Ingredients:
 
1   yeast cake
1/2 cup water
2 cup milk
3 cup buckwheat flour
In the morning add
20 ml molasses or sugar
1 tsp salt
2   beaten eggs
1/4 tsp soda
    Extra Milk if needed
Method:
Have greased griddle hot.



Dissolve yeast cake in water, add milk.



Mix with Buckwheat flour and Beat vigorously.



Let rise overnight.



In the morning add rest of ingredients.
