Easy Holiday Fruit Cake - print recipe

Ingredients:
 
1 pkt white cake mix (19 oz.)
1   Egg
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon extract
3   Eggs
1/2 cup Sifted all purpose flour
0.5 kg Light raisins
0.5 kg Whole pecans
0.3 kg Whole candied cherries
0.3 kg Candied pineapple cut in strips
Method:
Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.



Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.



Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.



Pour into the two prepared pans.



Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
