Yield:
Ingredients:
 
    Flounder filets
1 cup Bread crumbs, (I used cornflake crumbs)
1   Grated carrot
1/2   Grated onion
    Salt to taste
1   Egg
1 sm Can tomato sauce
Method:
In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, carrot, onion, salt and egg. Place scoopful of mixture in center of a slice of flounder and roll up. Place in a baking pan, seam down and bake at 300 for 20 minutes Finally, add tomato sauce and let bake another 10 minutes.
