Mix 2 small boxes instant pudding (flavor of your choice) and 1 1/4C milk, beat 2 minutes
Add 1/2 gallon soft ice cream (flavor of your choice), blend well
Chill 20 minutes and top with a layer of Cool Whip
Freeze 2 hours
