Ingredients:
 
60 ml Butter
60 ml Flour
1 1/2 cup Milk
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce (up to 1/2)
180 g Velveeta, cubed, about
Method:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat and cook over medium-low heat till thickened and smooth. Cook 5 minutes more over low heat. Add Velveeta and stir until melted. Thismakes 1 1/2 or 2 cups.
