Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk
2 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
    Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 dsh hot red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Whisk together all ingredients. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.



Makes 1 cup (240 ml) Serves 16.
