| Method: |
Whirl cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Add brown sugar and ginger; continue whirling until well blended.
Whip cream until it forms peaks. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream.
Chill. Just before serving, gently fold in Loganberries, reserving a few for garnish. |
