Ingredients:
 
1   Chicken
    Coconut oil
1 piece of tamarind, or a bit vinegar.
20 ml Water, up to 2
    Salt
Method:
Boil the chicken till it is well cooked. Slice the meat in long slices. Mix the water, asem and salt. Rub the meat with it. Fry it in oil till it is crispy.
